How To Add New Exit Conditions
Every time we enter a trade we need a process for closing that trade. An example of an exit condition is a stop-loss or a profit target.
Often we will want alternative ways to close a trade. This might be based on:
- Time. For example exit after 20 bars.
- A technical indicator. For example exit if the price closes below the SuperTrend)
- Price action (exit if we have 2 consecutive closes near the high price).
In the video below I show how you can quickly change the exit conditions in a model.
